The way this guy is stating it, anyone can go around pepper spraying people, and then just claim that "they felt threatened"........ even if he were stating the law correctly which is that there is a requisite that IMMINENT USE OF UNLAWFUL FORCE BE PRESENT, the word "imminent" still leaves way too much space for interpretation.... "feeling threatened" is not what is in the Florida statute at all... YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY ***BE*** THREATENED, NOT "FEEL" THREATENED... THERE HAS TO BE A ****REAL**** AND PRESENT DANGER... This guy shouldn't be making videos like this, because some idiot might see this and think, "great I can pepper spray people as long as I say that I felt threatened" !!!!

Since sprays and co2 propelled devices (such as Byrna sd/hd) are NOT classified as a firearm by the ATF, a convicted felon may legally carry such devices. If you’re going to quote the law, at least try to quote it correctly.

I have a question. I am 17 F and my parental guardians have bought me pepper spray and said I'm not allowed to go without it due to some instances when I was walking. Is it legal to carry with parental consent? I don't want to break the law and I don't want murdered either.

This video is pointless now. In 2018 Michigan no longer has the 10% OC limit, it has up to 18% now. They still have the original limit of 35 grams AKA 1.2 ounces though.
