Hello, at my work I also have a 100-watt laser device, I need the same one for my home, I wanted to know if you bought it and what reviews you have about it. Is it possible to cut 3 mm plywood in one pass? and a clean cut from carbon deposits. At work I give pressure of about 2 ATM. and the cut will not say soot. I wonder how it works out here?

Are there any plans to release an upgrade for the lower wattage models? I have the 36W K1 and would be interested if I could just switch out the laser module rather than having to go back and buy the whole machine again

Their enclosures and air purifiers are trash, always smelling out, and support is quite poor, they are not providing any solutions and products are good only in videos, and it is just marketing

I think i'll be waiting for a full review before I part with some cash, can already see cables and hose lying on the workpiece which isnt ideal. Seems to be a big failing of atomstack is cable management

1:31 Can this “probe” the material in a manner similar to “Clicky Auto Bed Leveling” Probes on FDM 3D Printers? It wouldn’t have the resolution of a 3D Scanner/Camera Perhaps, but seeing if this could be used to detect slanted/curved surfaces is an idea i just had. Bit of an edge case, and your team probably already thought of it, but I thought I’d throw that out there!

This is a bit of a petty critique, but i would prefer a person to do the voiceover in the future; AI voices are a bit annoying in my opinion. Granted more accessible to HoH people than just text, and Voice Actors / normal workers would need to be payed i guess? That + the complexities of what voice sounds “right”. Either way I thought I’d throw this out here, like if you agree so they can get a gauge on how many people think this! (And again GREAT VIDEO + PRODUCT OTHERWISE, I don’t want this small critique to seem like some major failure on your part!)

Servicio tecnico nefasto, si tienes una maquina de estas y tienes un problema.... olvidate, em mi caso, modulo laser deja de funcionar y me dicen que envian uno de sustitucion, pasados 6 semanas no tengo ni el de repuesto ni el original...... MUY MALA COMUNICACION.......

The point of a gantry laser is "a bigger surface" mostly used to cut materials... For the example you give you have galvo fiber lasers. A 20w is pointless... Maybe a 100w would be good...
