Hi KD, the problem that we have now in Ajijic is that we have a raw shortage of inventory for the numbers of people from all over the world looking for homes in this area. Specially Americans and Canadians, and as you mentioned before, the cost of living is very low, making the area very attractive specially when we have a short retirement budget. Ajijic has a lot to offer to the outsiders, counting myself. The proximity to the Intenational Guadalajara airport, a wide variety of food, the culture, etc. It is definitely a Magic Town.
