    Although this talk on menopause is good, it does not address any traditional chinese wisdom on what they termed a woman's 'second spring'. So if you are listening in the hopes that the discussion relates to a traditional chinese medicinal perspective (given that the video title uses TCM terminology), there is no mention of it. It is based on Western perspectives and solutions only. ❤

    Belinda’s work in this area is phenomenal and her persistence against the “accepted” path for osteoporosis is commendable. I’m doing the Onero program and hoping it will help me move back into osteopenia range as well as being stronger. I am making real progress and my back is so much stronger.
