Someone may have claimed the glyph before you, which can happen if you have multiplayer enabled. Ensure that your multiplayer is disabled and set your session to invite only. Then, reload your manual restore point and try again.

@OddManGaming The Gun Van located in the lumber yard close to Clucking Bell raid location has a treat for those needing Rail Gun, Stun, and other top guns as well as the Molotov that are useful against gangs or Police chasing on foot through bushes. In the process of selling the filled warehouses atm then back to Cluck Cluck.
