I actually “borrowed” that from Instagram. It was from our County Commissioner’s channel. I met him and some of his staff while I was filming a previous video.

Hopefully they get caught. Pictures have been posted by a few different people on NextDoor. I gave my video to a Constable and filed a report with the Fort Bend Sheriff’s office.

I haven't been by there lately. I'll have to go check it out. When I filmed this video last year, I spoke with a construction foreman and he said that an ice-skating rink and volleyball courts were going in. I found later that it was to be called "Deep South Sports Complex".

Thank you for your interest in my video. I personally have no problem with you using the video, but the FAA has some convoluted rules regarding drones used in the “furtherance of a business”. I am registered with the FAA for recreational drone usage and do not have a commercial drone license. I am not allowed to use my drone for business purposes or even for non-profit organizations. The FAA does have the power to fine individuals or businesses who don’t abide by this rule.
