There is no sound from the video you open after the connection. I also connected it with eArc HDMI but there is no sound. It works when connected with Bluetooth but there is no sound when connected with HDMI eArc

RIGHT,........... I did this MONTHS ago. TV is in Home Mode it still keeps asking DO YOU WANT TO SWITCH TO SHOP MODE Now, Where are the Brains of TCL if they still keep asking for shop mode after the tv is switched to HOME Mode ? so now, How do we get the TV To shut up and stop asking to go back to shop mode it's as if TCL assumed that the TV will never get sold and will always live in the shop What a stupid decision

My media player is not working

2 option only my TV

It worked like a charm with my Skyworth smart tv. I pressed google assistant for a few seconds, and then the instructions appeared on screen: press Home & left button at the same time and press mic after. Remote control is now connected to TV's Bluetooth ❤ Thank you so much!
