I am not a guide in any way, shape or form, just trying to do things I should have done years ago, mostly hiking around Israel's nature and historic sites.
Friends and family sometimes join me and my dog Zik, together we visit places in beautiful Israel.
I like sharing our experiences on UA-cam.
Israel is a very small country but has plenty to offer, from the center one can reach most places on the map within 1, 2 or 3 hours, hence the Channel name "Israel123".

My friend and I saw this place on the map after we’d visited the silent monastery. We were a little weirded out to walk up there but, we found others in the area enjoying the sunset. There are tons of openings in the ground surrounding it so, keep that in mind if you ever visit on foot. Sometimes there will be planks of wood people have left behind so you can cross, but not always.

Are these homemade or store bought pelmeni? I thought only Russians ate them in Israel and the rest of the world had ravioli and other varieties

Lehi migrated to Eastern Europe to the land they called Lechia ( called Lehistan by other coutries for centuries) and were referred to as Lachy(i) by it's neighbours. This country is now called Poland, and it's Capital is Warszawa ( prenounced Varshava) but before the official name for it ( up to 16 century) was Warszewa ( prenounced VarSheva )( B interchanges with V) and we get BerSheva.
That's a Star-fort that they occupied for a while, which can be found on every continent
