I had a very very bad experience with Iha. Ordered a pure white material for a function. They sent me an off-white one after 40 days. Contacted the customer care, followed up with them for around 1 month, sent them multiple videos and photos and finally they asked me to return the material. Finally they gave me a call telling that they received the returned item and that it is white only as per their website and the product will be resent to me. I asked the girl if she would call that colour white and she's smiling. I demanded talking to a senior official there but she said she is not permitted to do that. Within 2days, i received the product back. Altogether I lost money on a product I'll not use, 200 RS courier charge and my time n effort talking to them. Moreover, if we post a comment in their channel, they will ask for the order ID. The reply we give and any further comments will not get published. They stop the conversation as if the customer didn't reply with the order ID. If anyone from Iha management team sees this, please check if your customer care team is really caring for the genuine complaints raised by your regular customers.

അവരുടെ വീഡിയോസ് കണ്ടിട്ട് ഞാനും വാങ്ങി. വീഡിയോ കാണുമ്പോൾ വാങ്ങി പോകും. സാദനം കൈയിൽ കിട്ടുമ്പോളാണ് അവരുടെ cheap quality products ആണ് കിട്ടുന്നത്. അവർ കുറച്ചു quality ഉള്ള മെറ്റീരിയൽ വീഡിയോ close ചെയ്ത് എടുക്ക് എന്ന് shoot ചെയ്യുന്ന ആളോട് പറയും. വീഡിയോ കാണുന്ന പൊല്ലെയെ അല്ല.
