It would have made more sense if Hoopa's tomb contained multiple Hoopas in their confined form alongside the unbound Hoopa. Then it could be explained that the Hoopas you find in the wild are the Hoopas who escaped their imprisonment and ran off. Otherwise if wild confined Hoopas exist then I don't understand why Team Eclipse didn't just look for a wild Hoopa and use the prison bottle on said Hoopa.

I’m so glad I finished the whole game 3 days before it was removed, or not I’ll be genuinely disappointed

The music for this was excellent, very dramatic and exciting, that’s why this was, and still is, one of my favorite games I’ve ever played
