Feeding live worms to freshwater fish
Yay!
I like the little dance for the dinner 🎉🎉😂❤
Haha, he gets excited.
Your tanks and shrimp look very nice!
Thank you!
That's an above size stick. 😅
Poor baby ❤❤❤
I think pregnancy complications, see she still has 1 egg she’s holding
I hope she gets better soon ❤❤@@Chick-In-Of-TheSea
Those are neat creatures.
Yeah! They are so much fun to watch.
They are already getting so big! ❤
Very nice little pond. So fun to watch them do their thing. Wolverine hates ducks. Fun fact. 😅
Lovely day for a swim. Little duck butt wiggles 😂
They are cuties
Duck, duck, dukin cutie pies
They are being thorough with the cleaning 🎉
WTF is that!!
It is a white worm culture that I raise for my aquarium fish to eat.
FORBIDDEN PASTA
Hey what’s the name of the song? And if you’re physically playing it, where can I get the tabs?
Hi! Music: Rain Musician: @iksonmusic
Amazing tank
Little guys
Isn't the video of a fighting conch?
This video was taken at the local fish store, and the label on the tank said cerith snail.
The name alone is already enough reason to get one. So cool!
What is that scary thing on the left of him ? Looks like a parasite worm??
That is Rhabdocoela. A harmless tank cleaner. 🙂
@@Chick-In-Of-TheSea haha i still find them scary. Hope to never get those. But atleast not harmful.
@@TerryLestrangethey are normally not so visible but since I zoomed way in for the video it looks like a larger worm. It is about the size of a grain of rice. A sign of a healthy ecosystem.
They are really happy!
Totally need a good smoothie now.
Looks like the totally love it!!
Yay! So glad it found the suet!!
Finally! It’s talking a lot too! Quite the conversationalist!
@@Chick-In-Of-TheSea It took it long enough. Woodpeckers and Nuthatchs are good at talking to themselves.
I bet they enjoyed the suet.
It is cold! They need the calories.
@@Chick-In-Of-TheSea How cold has it been there?
@@gingerhipszky228our recent low was 35. It’s been between 40 and 60 for the last few days.
I hope it warms up soon!
Very brave and curious squirrel.
It looks like the fish love the worms.
Will it get bigger?
That looks like it would make it easier to do a water test.
They are so tiny and adorable.
I love how calm and at ease the squirrel is as it eats.
Nice video!
So beautiful.
Beautiful fish and aquarium!
Thank you very much!
Brave squirrel!
Haha the spikes of koopa didn't work!
lol! Nope!
Im already a fan of Snoopy and her snail friends!😆
Hey it's Banano the Amano!
Haha! This is a Neocaridina wild type shrimp, a descendant of my blue dreams. I used to cull (separate) the wilds into a separate tank but I like the wilds so much, even more than only blue, so I recombined everybody after I gave my friend 25 pure blue dreams. So I can get back to all blues if I wanted, from her offspring.
That is incredible
That's a bit nasty!
True! From time to time I end up with something weird in the aquarium. This is one of those times. It’s a relative of the mosquito. I fed it to my fish and it was gone in a second! :)
Mystery snails ! So cool!
I love them. I hatched some last year. There are videos, maybe around June or July 2022
A question. Is your mystery snail still have it's antennes out? I wonder if the Bolivian bite the snail or not. I want Bolivian rams but im scared they bite the mystery snails. This video looks promising!
Yes! The Bolivian ram is so gentle with the snails, and keeps its distance, even when curious about the food the snail has. The ram will wait for the snail to leave the food before trying any. It’s so sweet how courteous the ram is.
@@Chick-In-Of-TheSea awesome! It's a female?
@@TerryLestrangeyep!
@@Chick-In-Of-TheSea you don't want to get a male ? I'm doing some research cause later this year I want to start again a aquarium. Making sure that certain fish won't bother the mystery snails ! You have a nice tank!
@@TerryLestrangeThank you! Recently I had a male ram. It took me a good 8-9 months to find one actually in stock. Ultimately I found it at the Petco labeled as a “ruby clown cichlid”. Unfortunately it did not make it out of quarantine due to internal parasites causing wasting disease and the fish’s refusal to eat. I had medicated and began offering live grindal worms and live white worms to try to stimulate appetite. Sometimes the fish would accept it but many times it would not. Ultimately it became too weak and passed. I tried helping it for over a month. I plan to try again with another male ram but not yet; I am still too sad. The silver lining is I learned to culture worms. I now have 4 cultures going and my other fish like to eat them too.
A beautiful Christmas aquarium with so amazing shrimp!
Awesome 🤩
I am glad she got some of the worms
We're gonna have to get her some microsword or something. She's like a lion in the grass guarding her area.
That’s a good idea. Maybe it would hide the worms and buy her some time to get to them.
poor Snoopy. I hope she got something to eat.
She did 🙂. I did another feeding and she enjoyed it! She is just holding a grudge now.
It’s so cool the way the birds weigh each peanut in their beaks to find the nut with the most meat.
I love all the corvids! ❤❤❤
Nice! How many different types of birds did you see visiting?
We get crows, mourning doves, cardinals, and bluejays.
Does a shrimp normally molt put in the open?
Sometimes, but in most cases they hide and molt in a sheltered area. Their bodies are soft and vulnerable after they molt.
That is beautiful and fun.
