Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem
Приєднався 31 січ 2023
The Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem is the next step in the evolution of Earth Observation (EO) data access. Serving as the official data infrastructure for the Copernicus Programme, the Ecosystem offers a wide range of opportunities for searching, viewing, downloading and processing satellite imagery. The whole system is developed with the intention of accelerating the process of research, prototyping, testing and scaling of open or commercial earth observation solutions. This allows to build a thriving, open and expanding Ecosystem to increase the impact of EO data for a sustainable society.
This channel will include features, tutorials and highlights demonstrating the use of the Ecosystem. It aims to serve both EO professionals building scientific or business solutions and members of the public who are interested in remote sensing.

Webinar - Copernicus Satellite Imagery for Ship Spotting
Ship spotting isn’t just something for marine enthusiasts-it’s also an important tool for environmental monitoring and the clarification of events. Satellite imagery, such as those from the Copernicus satellites, provide valuable insights into global shipping traffic. With a resolution of up to 10 meters, these satellites can capture detailed images of large ships, helping users to identify ship types and even create artistic visuals. Tune into this webinar, held on 11 December 2024, to learn more!

Sehr interessant, offensichtlich wenig bekannt in der Öffentlichkeit
thankyou for sharing, it is so interesting and informative. I love mountaineering, and I guess this knowledge can be really helpful. amazing work!
Could we have access to the notebook please ?
Hi Claire, you can find the Jupyter Notebook here: github.com/willrayeo/notebook-samples/tree/main/sentinelhub
Thank you for the clear explanation :) Very useful for beginners!
Thanks a lot ❤

connection.authenticate_oidc() times out after a long time in my case. When I try connection.authenticate_basic(user, pw) I get an error: OpenEoClientException: This openEO back-end does not support basic authentication. What is going on there?
I'm interesting lenering CDSS software or other course online website ,why do these course again ? thank you
in cell 15 you you are using "Netherlands_polygon.geojson" file where is it coming from and what that file content and how to get it
the file is a simple geojson polygon. In this case the boundary of The Netherlands
Can we download extent view? I want all the area that are showing in extent
Yes, Go to project, then import/export, then export map as image
I really would like you to repeat this Webinar in Spanish. Thank you.
Would you be able to share the code you used in this video? Thanks for the great tutorial.

Not the capital of Europe. Europe has no capital city as it is not a country. It is the city where the EU is headquartered and it is an organisation that holds not an ounce of power over anyone living in Europe or elsewhere.
Not an ounce of power? You are aware that EU law has supremacy over national law right?
@@gruttepier7391 if you do not get my comment, you’re not worth that name
Then why don't you explain it? No harm in that right? The EU sets product standards and stuff that every EU company has to abide by. If that's not power idk what is. You can dislike it or disagree that it is that way certainly, but it is what is going on.
It only has power because other European countries agree to follow the European standard. If all countries stopped applying the standard, then the EU would be powerless to act.
@@gruttepier7391what he is saying is simple, Europe is different than the EU
The capital of the EU, not Europe.
who cares?
@@TheoVonCentral1most of the Europeans
is this possible for real-time collaboration and multiple users would be able to change simultaneously in one document?
Figuring out how to do authentication is incredibly confusing. Could you please do a tutorial on how to set this up?

You need to provide min/max values for the COG bands, then you also see properly visualized COGs. The claim that it's not supported is not true.
Thank you for correcting us. We have removed the misleading part. It will be displayed once the processing if completed.
