Not fancy. Not finessed. Just me, Camryn!
Learn how to cook delicious vegan, plant-based meals that are just as tasty as those Louisiana comfort foods you've come to know and love! While I have no formal training, I do have many hours logged in the kitchen from the time we went plant-based (Late Nov 2018) until now.
I'd like to think of my channel as a TEACHING channel, where you can see and learn HOW to cook plant-based/vegan. There are many channels that have recipe videos, but few actually walk you through the process and cook with you. My recipes span the plant based spectrum, from Whole Food Plant-Based no oil no salt all the way to vegan sweets.
