using all the attachments from ziegler and brown for this unit from , hot plates to bbq grilles

Pineapple is very acidic, just like bbq sauce. I would be carefull cuz the acidity will brake down the aluminium foil and aluminium stuff will be in your food.
Cheers for the heads up , i havent had any of them issues as yet maybe under extreme heat or poor quality foils it happens ?
@@dzbbqz Itll always happen but only if you use stuff thats acidic so you could cook a potatoe for example but avoid acidic stuff. And the problem is you wont notice it if it does happen

Hey there , it isnt too bad but yes without a extra bit of heat shrouding around it you do loose heat while cooking

I feel like you didn't have the heat on high enough for it to crisp up the skin, I would finish on a broil and watch the skin for when it crisps up
Heat was right up isdue is the middle burner would stick the meat to the tray on rotisarrie it crackles better as the meats not directly on the burner

i get them all the time, they are nice, you cook them covered for like 30 mins then crank the heat and cook uncovered for the last 10 and they get a crispy outer, it is in the instructions

It depends on whether or not it's supposed to be cooked, or comes pre-cooked. To start with, the stuff shown in the image has been 'food styled'. As a guide to the possible difference between food styled stuff and the stuff it's supposed to be, they use mashed potato instead of ice cream. Ice cream melts under the strong lights. They get away with it by using "serving suggestion". So. Closest I can get, if it's cooked. Thaw the brisket and heat it up to almost serving temp. While you heat it, liquid will drip out of it into the container you're heating it in (or over): open the oven door and spoon some of that liquid over the top of the meat. This will keep the meat moist. Meanwhile, get a couple of egg whites (remove the yolk). If you own a pastry brush, get it out. If not, get some food safe clean cloth or paper. A teatowel, unused cleaning cloth, napkin or paper towel will do. Once the brisket is heated, dip your brush in the yolk then coat the heated brisket with yolk. Put most of it on the surfaces which you intend to show when you serve it. Put it back into the oven and heat it the rest of the way. This will cook the meat and give it a light shine. The gravy: I'm assuming the liquid is intended to become gravy. Put the liquid into something you can easily pour from. A jug would be ideal. Get some flour - a couple of large spoonfuls will do - and put it into a cereal bowl. Get a small glass of water. Make a dip in the middle of the cereal bowl with a fork. Put a bit of the water into the dip, and mix the water and the closest bit of flour, keeping it mostly smooth. Once the water/flour mix resists the fork, add more water. Repeat over and over until all the flour is used. Pour that into a saucepan. (Once this job is easy for you, you can start in the saucepan) Put the saucepan on the stovetop as minimum heat. Your mixed flour and water will thicken, and every time it does, you can add a bit of the liquid. If it gets lumpy, don't add anything and take the saucepan off the heat. Stirring with a whisk (if you have one) will help break up the lumps, otherwise use the fork. Once you get better with this you''ll be able to start with the whisk or a wooden spoon. Keep going until you have the gravy close to your preferred thickness, or you're running out of liquid. If it's too thick when you're out of liquid, add more water. If it's too thin but you're out of liquid, try waiting to see if it thickens. If it stops thickening before you want it to, mix flour and water in a cereal bowl again and gently stir some flour/water mixture into it. As the flour cooks, it thickens the liquid.
I have watched a few docos on this , its still wrong for any to advertise like that but it makes sales so yeah.
