Looks like you need above average BJJ flexibility
I watched a jiu-jitsu championship where a black belt won 3 fights with this move. He was even a champion.
The counter to this is the Merkle. Telles has been telling us without words for decades that wrestling should be a fundamental part of Jiujitsu. Maybe someday people will listen.

At the beginning is he grabbing his opponent's sleeve with his right hand or is he grabbing the material on his own pant leg at the knee? It looks like he's grabbing his opponent's sleeve to keep his arm controlled but then again I could be wrong.
@@josemartin1727Pretty sure he goes 2 on 1 on the opponent’s arm. He then holds on to the opponent’s arm to block him from bringing it back. Roger has other combinations off of this move: Take the back or even arm bar.

How do I get the guys arm across and trapped to get in this position.

I fake an armbar, then when he puts pressure to defend i drag the arm across and i am in the perfect position.
Work to get your head over their head and they will push you down giving the grips for arm across
They held that back. So whack.

exusarmyranger Can't tell if she's serving that with rice. But, it does combine with rice if the rice is cooked with water only. No oils or greases on the rice.
