I just have to say I feel strongly that time exists. It just seems like reality would collapse without it. As one of my astrology teachers said years ago- astrology is the study of time. I haven’t finished this episode yet but I’d like to see what the rods say if you ask “Does time exist?” And other contradictory questions. That would be interesting.

I connected deeply with Lauren's experiences, as they mirror my own-struggles with bullying (in my childhood and adult years), perfectionism, hypersensitivity, self-love, losing my father, overspending, and weight issues. Like Lauren, only finding love from my cat, I also sought healing through nutritionists, hypnotists, EFT, yoga retreats, intuition trainings, spirituality, my 6-6s and 9-9s, and supportive coaches who believed in me to so similar work, Amanda is one of my mentors<3 . It’s incredible to see how similar our journeys are! <3 I love what Amanda said about being real and human, regarding anger, frustration and empathy for self, also because it's always been difficult for me, ignoring it or thinking "love and light" isn't helpful when you're being misunderstood, invalidated and disrespected especially for sensitive people, when it actually is a "big deal". Emotions are hard for me.. Lastly my voice changed after I did the Soul Contracts and DH courses, about sound and creation, from weak and sad to confident and happy, absolutely right. This is my type of party.

Lauren, thank you. What a beautiful energy you are and the gift of your vulnerability touched us all to our core. I resonated with so much of this energy that you came into this life carrying. I’ve always pondered why in my own life, no one stepped in or things weren’t take seriously by the adults in my life, and what’s really helped is this gentle piece around filling my remembering cup. It had to be this, I had to have these experiences because my soul chose to remember this energy. So that, when it pivoted, I could have that remembering cup full, and know what it felt like to do the opposite, which is what you so beautifully articulated about the simple act of being kind. All of this culminated so that you could remember who to step into this new energy in this point in your life! So powerful. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏻🪞💕

It’s so true, you can see when someone is an “old soul” or on their last incarnation by the degree in their Astro chart. 29th degrees are on their “last hurrah” and often experience the most challenges in the energy they are playing out here. Sort of like a final examine before the graduation. This was such a great discussion. Nadine, you are so wise, and love the rabbit holes of wisdom you brought :)

We spend the first 35 years of our lives filling our remembering cup of a specific and certain energy that we have already chosen and are carrying as we come into this incarnation. This is WHY we recognize people like we have known them forever (as Amanda mentioned), because they play a pivotal role in filling that cup. Each person comes in at a time specific to the energy you are working through. As you can imagine this affects our relationships, especially during The Pivot. And, Yes! The skipped steps are a thing and something that we can see as key components for this incarnation when reading someone’s Evolutionary Astro chart. I want to hear more about this going left when you see the light!! I am always telling my clients to go left, especially after their soul goes through The Pivot! There’s a thing with Left!! What a beautiful story you have, Amanda, thank you for sharing your wisdom and journey. So many nuggets to respond to: - I can totally relate to not sharing all of someone’s chart with them, now, versus when I first began my Evolutionary Astrology journey. It’s almost like information overload, and not pertinent to what is happening or alive in the client’s soul at the moment. Now, it’s very much connect to the season so many of us are in as a collective. For me, now, this is our deepest wounding (Chiron) and how healing this is so powerful when we travel to that Astrocartography line. How, when we listen to our souls, they take us to these places once we have filled our remembering cups and are ready to step into the opposite energy. - I’m just going to tune in that you all keep saying RETREAT 🐉🔮🪞 and will be the first to say “I’m there,” hahahaha - I also feel very connected to this piece that Amanda mentioned about having known this wisdom already and needing the “proof” of your knowing, to make it land for others, or even in built trust with oneself. Astrology, Soul Contracts, all of these tools and modalities is so much what our humanness needs. Our souls already know, and I say this all the time: our souls have done this before. - I know this is a massive mirror to myself, a guiding post, but 100% with you that my soul purpose is to bring people back into remembering, back to the light. - And lastly, totally agree, it’s you Amanda, your energetics. Yes, hooks! Not long ago a pulled a hook out of my own heart. Good to hear confirmation this is a thing. It was after a correspondence with an abusive ex from over a decade ago and I was giving myself Reiki.

Yes I agree with Amanda. Can’t just write a person off as “having a mental health issue” it’s a combination of physical- which is important to address mineral, hormonal, gut-brain imbalances, environmental toxins, and spiritual the majority of the time. And yes, it is also important to address mental health with therapy and/or a Shaman, minister, at the early stage which usually begins young, these days. But awareness and understanding of spirit and entities should be a factor in my opinion. If the mainstream taught spiritual hygiene there would be a lot less mental health issues, and crime, as well.

This honestly made me tear up. I recently came to the mentality that “my life is what it is” since life has always made me feel like I’ve never been special enough to deserve anything abundant. Great session - as change agents, shying away from this topic is so important. "Popping out of our bod y into the etheral - can be very damaging if no work in grounding / self power, and intention. Just last week, It took me 3 days to clear my spa - from a entity of a person that rented from me - and suddenly died. Low density/vibration welcomes them in - and challenging when most have lived a life of power dynamics - unable to feel the soul's esteem and inner power. I always empower my clients to shift from: Power over wants to take choice away. Power under wants to deny choice. TO, their ownership of Power WITH everyones on the same level playing field. Power WITHIN is CHOICE Blessings to all - protection and strength in our global transition.
