My channel focuses on documenting my emotions and feelings as I walk through my esophageal cancer I was diagnosed with. I will be honest and vulnerable as I share because I know how important that is and want people to see my raw feelings.
This channel is not focused on despair but of Love, Hope, and Faith for those going through the same thing or know of a loved one that is dealing with this. My prayer is that in some small way this can bring others peace.
I will also share my faith as it's the most important part for me as I fight this battle. I want others to know that there is hope and that GOD truly loves you and his desire is to have a personal relationship with you.
This channel is for anyone looking for answers and hope regardless if you have been diagnosed with cancer like I have or not.
Lastly this is a place where family and friends can follow my progress as I fight this battle.

Just wanted to let you know. Thank you for your prayers for my Mother In Law. She found out that she has no cancer. A few things wrong but not serious. Thank you again for your prayers

Watching all 4 of your videos made my heart cry. I Love the honesty of you being real. My mother in law is going in for the upper GI next week. She has the same symptoms as you. It’s funny how God answers our prayers. He’s definitely with you! It’s better than a ham sandwich!
Yes he's been there every step of the way. An old friend of my wife who we hadn't seen in 20 years because we moved had felt she was supposed to pray for me for some reason so she did and this was before I was diagnosed so GOD was moving even before I had my diagnosis. Let my Esophagus heal up and then I'll get started on that ham sandwich.
Thanks for going through this, Daniel. I had Barretts due to hiatal hernia, stomach was near top of my throat, was on 2 acid blockers. Had surgery Jan 2016, stopped blocker meds. All good til recently, having frequent gerd. Thanks to your post, I’m making an appt to have it looked at.

I’m happy you are doing well! It sounds like you will do very well! So happy for you, my husband is in hospital , day nine after the surgery. The surgery seems to have gone well but has had breathing problems since and today they found multiple blood clots in both lungs! I would appreciate any prayers.
Prayers your way for sure Sharon. So sorry to hear about the blood clots and breathing issues. I can only imagine how anxious that is making you all feel. I will continue to pray for you and your husband, please keep me updated on his status. Great video Dan, my husband was told from the endoscopy he was most likely stage 3 we were set to begin chemo and radiation with in a day or so of the ultrasound but so thankful even though the tumor was big it did not go through the wall and Pet scan clear so this Tuesday they will be doing surgery without the treatments first! We are so happy with the news that it’s considered stage 1 and not 3, but they did warn that could change if they see something different durning the surgery. Please say a prayer that on Tuesday the 27th all goes well. Thank you.
