As far as I remember, there aren’t any lockers where you can store and lock your belongings?! But Taiwan is a country where you can leave your laptop and phone on a table at Starbucks, step away to the restroom, and not worry about them being stolen 😆.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have indeed had a very comfortable time. It might be an issue with the audio, but my on-site impression was that it was okay. Besides, all of his drawers are cushioned, so it might just require a bit more force to slide them in more easily. ☺

它都是半露天的，有個遮頂棚，但側邊是開闊的。頂樓的大浴場有一個固定的男湯，有室內與一個半露天。二樓的景觀半露天湯，是分男女時段。都可以一邊感受一邊下雪一邊泡湯。

@@bitesizetw We stayed in Otaru after touring all four islands of Japan. We only stayed at this hotel because everything was booked in Sapporo. We are very easy going people. We are far from high maintenance. But we analyzed and dealt with several racist things from the manager because we are black. He treated us so horribly and it left a very hurtful and fishy taste in our mouth. Lucky for him, his hotel is not in the U.S because we would have sued.
