You charge decently, we don't want your surge price. Just tell Uber ride app to behave decently with passengers. Pick up and drop off on proper road Inform them that they will travel only by way.. Tell them that they have to leave early to reach their place of work. Over speed ഇല്ല എന്ന് പറയൂ

the problem in Careem application not the Captain's but the Rider's(mostly not all) no respect they not deserved any good service also mostly of rider's used Careem for Runaway and not payed and Careem application after End the trip can not back to check the number and also can not accept when u put zero (0) payment ... also always Careem give all rights for Rider's without even ask the Captain's about the complain ...
