If you don't see the option like in the video, it is because dmz isnt installed. To install Dmz, at the same menu, go to options, manage files, Go to MW2, You will see Dmz as a install option. Install, restart. Then follow steps in the video to see the option. Hope it helps.

I'm new to playing cod online, I've always played the campaign mode, my brother told me about dmz because I tried playing warzone and kept dying within 15 seconds, it was fairly easy for me to find it, all I did was download modern warfare 2 and I was able to play DMZ, that's all I play since I still suck and am getting used to online play, dmz is a lot slower than warzone so it's better for new players, if it keeps bringing you to the campaign try erasing modern warfare 2 and then download it again, your PlayStation will download modern warfare 2 and all the expansion packs you need to access dmz. Hope this helps, like I said I just started playing online and had no clue what I was doing and I found dmz on my first try
