Walk me through your process. Initially, I have a few thoughts: 1. Are you mixing and chilling your ingredients for at least an hour before mixing? (Longer if using warm or room temperature ingredients like sweetened condensed milk or melted chocolate chips). 2. Has your freezer bowl been in the freezer for at least 24 hours before mixing? 3. Are you starting the mixer on the lowest setting prior to pouring your mixture in? 4. Are you pouring your mixture in slooooowly as the freezer bowl rotates?

Hi Jan! I usually have the coffee warm but not hot. So if it gets cool I pop it in the microwave for about 25 seconds before mixing! I do wash with shampoo after rinsing out the henna. I know some people say it helps the henna to hold color longer to not shampoo but I feel like I get the dye out best by shampooing and conditioning and then letting it sit for a few days before washing again. Hope this helps! Good luck!
