Regina's Watercolor
You're invited to join Regina in her celebration of fun and watercolor. Her videos are geared to beginner and intermediate watercolor artists from basic instructions to how-to demos; you will experience tips and tricks about mixing, color theory, painting applications, supplies and mostly...having fun in the process.
Wanting something more than the commercially available watercolor paints and palettes, Regina began playing alchemist using top quality pigments combined with natural ingredients to ensure beautifully fluid, transparent paints that are non-toxic. After extensive testing she felt a palette with a glass insert (patent-pending) for the mixing surface would suit her needs better. And thus, Regina's Watercolor was born.
As a small business entrepreneur, Regina focuses on both quality of products and care for her customers. The goal is to create a community of fun loving artists who will progress in their art while experiencing beautiful colors.

Hello Regina, I’ve been a watercolor painter for more than 20 years so I’m not a beginner. I stretch my Arches watercolor paper in the same way you do with staples. But suddenly I’m having a bizarre stretching problem that I haven’t been able to solve. I’m hoping you can come up with some ideas to help. Suddenly, the staples that are used to attach my paper to my gatorboard are pulling out as the paper dries. All of them are clearly being pulled out by the forces caused by the paper drying. My original thought was that my gatorboard was getting old and maybe it had too many holes in it. So, I bought a new board, but the problem persisted. Eventually I tried a different stapler, different staples, different brand paper, shorter and longer soaking times, but nothing has helped. I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve been using this method successfully for many years now. Do you have any ideas what might be causing my staples to pull out? Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. I have this set as well as the 25 set and one of those fancy vintage pallets and I think I might even have another one of your pallet. I just love them love the glass love the paint love the whole thing.

I don’t get it
Sculpting trays that we later cast in resin or metals....these will hold watercolor paint (might be nice compared to individual pans). These trays are designed to fit inside our current palette case.

We start with hand drawn illustrations to represent our colors and turn them into coloring books :) My aunt Shanna illustrates each concept, and I do digital formatting printing and assembling to create books especially made for watercolor.

I redid the website...got deep into the code and learned that embedding all those youtube videos was a really bad idea...made some other adjustments too.
