Is the mount a guarantee drop for at least 1 person in the raid (at the time of DF), or is it a luck of the draw for anyone?
its Entirely Luck. it was only Guaranteed Mount Drop(s) During Shadowlands. When Dragonflight released the Drop chance was reduced. most likely around 1% Drop Chance (tho we dont have any official Numbers)
