    Careful with the leafy greens especially spinach, full of oxalate, which is toxic especially for people who have taken antibiotics that killed certain bacteria whereby the oxalate is taken into the bloodstream and provokes kidney stones. Have been treated for kidney stones numerous times in 5 different countries.. the urologists do generally not know the above, but recent research is pretty conclusive and I am happy that I finally found the culprit!

      @@morphyne187 that seems to be the latest fad in losing weight. I tried OMAD, too hard to permanently maintain and my appetite was voracious at dinner. I believe The key is as has always said, limit intake and increase excercise .

    The eggs have CHOLESTEROL and are not generally healthy. President Reagan's White House doctor limited him to eggs only twice per weak. The salmon contains MERCURY (as do all ocean game fish today).

      Dietary Cholesterol does not cause serum cholesterol in the body.. fact They’re just still stuck in the 80s but you tell your doctor that, and see what happens.. The chicken doesn’t eat any cholesterol.. neither do cows.. we make our own cholesterol in our bodies.     I've seen many of these videos that are labeled no sugar or carbs. So I'll say meat, some types of seafood, fats are the only zero carb foods. No plant is sugar or carb free. Tomatoes, peppers, onions are not even low carb, they are medium carb foods. You need to correct your title to low or medium carb foods if you want to keep the video as is. In my opinion if a food is over five carbs per serving it's not a low carb food at all.
