Terms & Conditions: All guests will still be subject to height requirements. The Maui Jack's Waterpark passes provided will only be valid during the concurrent stay at Jellystone Park Chincoteague Island. No refunds or transfers of waterpark passes will be provided. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times at the waterpark. Management has the permission to refuse admittance to the water park if any rules are not followed. Maui Jack's Waterpark passes are not included with Seasonal reservations. Wristbands must be worn during the length of stay and are void if removed or lost.
