i got a black and white picture of a femur with blood vessels on it. We were suppose to figure out if its arteries or veins and then name them all. Im pretty sure i got the vein vs artery wrong. How can i tell in this situation?

It’s not about basic anatomy. In school, they use models (blue for veins and red for arteries). Also, on cadaveric dissection there are visible ,,flattened/veins or straw kind arteries. On older cadavers (more than 6 years) abdominal veins and arteries are barely visible. It’s not about laziness, 99% of students studied these books days and nights. Sometimes, at list at the begging, they use different tricks .
