HONESTLY the bronzer is the problem here. She doesn't have a bronzer powder for porcelain skin.

One thing: she sells setting and blurring powder, as well as standard white translucent setting powder. Those would probably help tone down the glow.

Just tried the Geller undereye corrector and that helped SO much with my dark circles. Kitten Paw brush from Real Techniques for application.

My skin tone/coloring is much like yours and I’ve purchased the *light/fair* kit that was recently on sale. Your tutorial was very helpful, thank you. I don’t think I’ll go for the bronzer because it seems a little dark for me, but I’ll take a look once I try it all out. I agree, your skin looks beautiful. I have sun spots (years of gardening and horses) so I’ll need to do some touch up ahead of time, but we’ll see how it goes 😊❤

I never liked the original. Definitely, i prefer futurist. Tried them both.

That bronzer is way too much. Maybe it’s just how it looks on camera, but it looks VERY made up. I have the baked foundation and blush. Unfortunately, the foundation is a bit warm for me, and her blush lays down A LOT of color, so you have to be really careful with it. I like the texture of the makeup. Like you, I’m amazed how it lasts.

I use this complexion stick as concealer. I’m 62. I use a hydrating eye cream and do not have dryness issues. Kiehls avocado eye cream is helpful.

My husband hates the laura geller balance and brighten kit I ordered because it's too shiny they put glitter in it I like my makeup more natural looking I haven't hardly used it and spent over $200 on it. I love the eyeliner .. they had the concealer backorder so I couldn't try it. I didn't see it smoothing wrinkles or pores even with the primer for aged skin, I don't remember what they called it.

I'm 61 and really love the baked powder foundation. I run hot and can have tzone oil. Wearing regular liquid foundation can feel heavy and in summer feel slick. This is so lightweight and you can build it. But as she mentioned use a concealer where needed, since it's not total coverage. Do Use a moisturer. 😊

The futurist looks too greasy on combination skin...I don't like it at all....not glowy..greasy

Just started using her products. I love them all and the baked foundation is awesome. I have always used liquid foundations and will not use them again. I was leary too about the powder foundation but am now a fan. And yes it lasts the whole day. I’m 72 and my skin looks amazing with this foundation. Thx for your video. And I think it all looks great on you.

I have used bare minerals, just the 3 powders since I was 15. I'm in my later 30's and I won't change make up

Double Wear was my first foundation love many, many years ago. After many years of using it, it made my skin dry and the foundation didn’t sit as pretty on my skin as before. I don’t know if it was reformulated or if my skin just changed with aging. I had a hard time finding a fitting foundation after that until I happened to try the Futurist Hydra Rescue. With the Futurist I am finally back to the beautiful results I used to have with Double Wear. My skin is very dry these days, but it tackles that beautifully. Tried the Double Wear Sheer, it is OK but the Futurist is better🤗.
