106. The Benefits of Journaling
Переглядів 64Місяць тому
This week, I cleaned out my office cabinet, and I found decades of journals dating back to 1976. They were filled with memories, emotions, repetitive thoughts, overthinking, and growth. When writing them, the journals served as a therapeutic tool that helped me process feelings and provide clarity to my overthinking mind. Reading them now allows me to reflect on how my past experiences shaped m...

104. The Summer I Turned 60
Переглядів 102 місяці тому
As summer comes to an end, I’ve given myself a homework assignment to reflect on the summer I turned 60. When I was younger, I loved summer, but this year, I was dreading it. I faced a quieter summer, as my grown children were an ocean away, and many of my friends were travelling. But I was determined to make the most of the summer by embracing change and seeking joy in my life, regardless of t...

82: The Secret to Combating Chronic Pain
I adore this man. God bless him and his family.
he was first anotonio scarpachi , unforgettable you have any idea how much that stings in mib , adrian monk ( whose made me laugh and cry I'm on rewatch #1) he & alex borstein were why i watched amazing mrs maisel .
He embraced that role so perfectly that I absolutely believe Monk is a part of him or that he is a part of Monk. Well, hopefully just the best parts - Monk could be very cold and selfish towards the emotional suffering of others. At the same time, he risked his life again and again for Sharona and Natalie (and even Julie once) as his way of showing love. Even though cops are supposed to protect the public as part of the job, he had to go the extra mile because he had to overcome a lot of fear and anxiety to jump in with both feet. And he didn’t hesitate. Not even for a second. That’s the good part of Monk!
Schaue ich mir immer wieder an. Eine legende. ❤
I am a big fan of yours
I love this video and Tony!!! My husband and I are both shelf violators, me for spices on the vitamin shelf and him for putting away dishes! I have to put the dishes away first or I will hunt for lids, pots and bowls!
I love Tony and Monk
How about Antonio Scarpacci from Wings??
I’m not mad about this 🥰🥰😂

@@tracyetclaude9195 so glad you enjoyed it!
😉
Seriously!
Love this! 🎉 ❤
thanka a lot for very interesting podcast. People in the past in order to memories information were walking together and were telling stories and singing songs. In helped them to use their country as a memory gym. Currently we sit a lot and watch UA-cam or Facebook and it makes us stupid if we overuse it. What do you think if we start walking and sharing stories, songs, like people in the past, in order to be more energized, have better memory and be healthy? Would you like to create a cource of learning while walking?
This is a very interesting idea.
Thank you❤
✝️✅🧠
This was really welcome today. As the other comment said “what if you were worth fighting for “ really hit me this morning. Thank you
I am so glad you enjoyed it. Thank you!
Very helpful😊
I am so glad!
The abrupt ad in the middle of this was quite alarming
I am so sorry! This is something that UA-cam does without my permission and I cannot control. I will ask again for them to be removed!

I really loved listening to this. Im in the process of planning my 10 year reunion. I know a lot of people roll their eyes about the idea but i think connection is beautiful and can bring back the most amazing feelings. Thank you for sharing !
Thank you for the kind words. I hope you have a fantastic reunion!
High school was a difficult time for me I was a foot shorter than the girls 40 lbs overweight with crooked yellow teeth and a bad case of gas even the ugliest girl in school would not give me the time of day so predictably I played with myself a lot and over time went blind
Thank you for making this video, it was really helpful.
Thank you! I am so glad you enjoyed it.
This is exactly what I need to hear. 😊 Thank you!
I am so happy to hear this!
❤😂🎉
Thank you this helped me 🙇
I am so glad.
Thank you, Jackie! I’ve been having trouble with my thesis because of my fear of making mistakes. Today, I will aim for doing my best, rather than being perfect.
I am glad you enjoyed it. I have an episode dedicated to Perfectionism available tomorrow on "The OverThinker's Guide to Joy" episode 84. Available here on the UA-cam channel or wherever you get your podcasts. :)
@@jackiedecrinis Thank you, Jackie. I'll surely listen.
