Was debating here or the Homewood suites down the road a bit where we usually stay. Homewood is right next to the parking where the shuttles run. That’s why we like to stay there. It’s considered a good neighbor hotel as well.

We liked our Mears journey on the way there. Our driver was fun and really nice and did trivia with us. We had not a ton of people on the bus and we were the first stop (AoA) thankfully. The way back to the airport was just okay. We just had a small shuttle and the driver was sort of unprofessional and was on his phone (using the app for Mears but still) and it felt a little unsafe. We wanted to do Sunshine Flyer but their hours didn't align with our arrival/departure times.

Yes about the rain! If it’s down pouring, just duck inside somewhere for a bit until it stops and then the park is noticeably quieter after! We have a home video of myself, my sister, and two cousins showing off our Mickey ponchos with Cinderella’s castle in the background while it’s raining and Main Street was EMPTY! Granted this was probably somewhere in the 1999-2001 range, so there wasn’t the tech yet for people to look at the forecast and know if it would be a quick storm or going on for a while. Hope you like the Guardians ride and Ratatouille looks cute too! It was still under construction the last time I was at Epcot.

That exact thing happened to us at Ogas Cantina as well. Those stools are not very comfy lol. Ironically we had just gotten off of the Disney Wish so we chatted with the parties there about Hyperspace and how someone ordered the $5,000 drink. 😵‍💫 By the way on the Wish when you're a party of 2 you also tend to get seated with other parties of 2. Apparently that's how most cruise dining setups work. We sat with 2 other couples that were cruising as parties of 2. So 6 of us each night. It was so new to me but by our last meal at Arendelle we stayed chatting until the whole restaurant was empty. It was a fun experience for sure. I know you're going on the Wish soon! I'm excited for you.

Pop is one of my favorite resorts for the skyliner and how easy it is to travel to Hollywood Studios and Epcot. My fiancé and I are staying there at the end of August to celebrate one year being engaged and to take some much needed vacation and a couple days off wedding planning. I am also not a solo Disney person I create more memories with my fiancé or friends. I hope to go solo for one trip but for now my fiancé and friends are all I need.

lol Theo has the same water bottle, just the small one! I'm glad to know it comes in a bigger size because we've been thinking about getting him a bigger one! Yay for Josh joining! I went solo a few years ago and had a miserable time! WDW is for going with people!

The MK fireworks from the plane 🥹 I used to go solo to WDW all the time, but once my husband started going with me and/or friends went with me…can’t do it! I can be solo for about a day before I find myself craving company, but I would absolutely recommend everyone taking a solo trip at least once if they can. Also, I went to Disneyland solo once and it was fine, but wasn’t for me! I think if I were local, then I could embrace it a solo day here and there.
