Ahhh I tried to keep it short :')

This week's topic is a big one, with lots of information & I forgot a few things, like Some apartment buildings don't have an elevator in Finland, you're expected to tone down noise from like 10/11pm to 6/7am, & neither country seems to have heard of proper AC (especially older buildings). In downtown Helsinki, it's probably harder to find a decently sized & priced apartment vs anywhere else.

Going no contact can hurt. It can feel you're getting ripped apart, stuffed with threads of anxiety. It feels sad, upsetting... but you walk away anyway. It's usually for the best. Receiving no response can also sting. You might blame yourself. You might try to explain yourself more - maybe then they'll understand you better. You might have a strong urge to reach out. It's okay. But hold back, ...

Delicious foods, good company, saw my cousin too, & overall had lots of fun! So glad to be home again, though :D Really need to dig out the rolling luggage bag things from the basement storage, lol..
