Where is the fuse in my Gio electric scooter

I have just built a bafang bbso2b and put battery on charger last night . I asked my wife to turn it off at about 4 hrs charge and thinking she would forget turned it off. I woke up for work and the light was green on charger , so knew it had been green for some hours !!!! Put it on the bike and switch it on and POP, Could this be the battery being left on the charger as changed fuse 4 times . I looked for any short wires but no luck . Been useing this for work an itd really cheesed me off an dont know what to do.

do the scooters have both of those parts i thought it juyst has something like the orange one.where is the fus located i have a gio italia ebike scooter..
