The CWRU Chamber Collective was started to provide the Case Western Reserve University community with the chance to make music in a fully student-led environment. Wind 9tet was started by Emma Bentley in January 2022 as a non-traditional wind consort, composed of flute, oboe, clarinet, euphonium, and bassoon; it’s not quite the standard wind group! Jacob Shaw created the CWRU Clarinet Choir in February 2022 to give an opportunity to perform in an ensemble with other dedicated clarinetists. Most recently, the CWRU Brass Ensemble was formed in May 2022 to give community members the chance to make music in an all-brass setting.
