I'm a dbacks fan. We have a tregar smoker. I love smoking meat. We do brisket and Ribs. We have done pork belly. We tried salmon, wasn't great. We think we didn't smoke it long enough.
Go Dbacks!! Salmon is about what I do best... so far. It's all in the brine if you ask me. We do an overnight dry brine, completely covered, 1 part kosher salt and 1 part sugar. I made some bacon on another video! Thank you for the interaction 😊

I just commented on your donut video I love outlaws maple bacon. You got one. Now I want one. 😩 their breakfast burritos aren't bad. I like Alfonsos for breakfast burritos. I love uncles Hawaiian. I've eaten there about 4 times since they have been opened. The last time had the garlic shrimp. Was way to much garlic, sorta fishy and had to peel the shrimp. But love the Loco moco when they have it and the Hawaiian plate.
Oh boy, I just had my first Loco moco yesterday at Kings Hawaiian out here in LA - so good! Looking forward to trying Uncle's!

I like bosa and outlaw. I just had my 1st bosa donut on Friday. I've gone to the outlaw food truck a few times. My favorite donut is maple bacon 🥓 🍩. I love dunkin Boston cream donut. I seen bosa has one. I'll have to try it when they open in prescott valley.
All of the Boston creams were actually not bad at all, and I am not a huge fan of the cream filled.
There’s now poke at the new WZ poke and ramen place place right by Trader Joe’s.

My wife and I are not a fan of bold coffee so the Starbucks Veranda Blend is our go to. As far a donuts go I’ve never met a donut I don’t like as long as it’s fresh lol.
