코팅도 대체하셔도 되지만 커버춰가 비싸더라도 애초에 겉에도 다크 커버춰로 했기 때문에 가나슈도 커버춰로 사용하기를 권합니다! 제가 이 때 callebaut을 썼어요
커버춰를 쓰시면 가나슈 식감도 훨씬 부드럽다고 느껴지실거예요🐨
