The 3 plecos are the only cleaner fish on the list and 16/16 of this list would be considered food for Oscars. Common plecos (not on the list surprisingly) could survive, only if it's a pleco already grown out.

Betta and Gourami do NOT get along !! Dwarf Gourami is a bad idea too. Take this videos recommendations with a serious pinch of salt.

This compilation is misleading in a lot of places, as others have commented. The sizes are greatly exaggerated, many apisto species (with exceptions such as A. steindachneri and A. kullanderi) never reach 10cm, half that in many cases. Longevity is quite short for all apistos, 2-3 years at most, they peak early and decline slowly, the figures given are way too high, such bad information leads to disappointment and frustration in novices. All dwarf cichlids are omnivorous but fare better when fed more animal protein, such as daphnia and blood worms, in their diet. The southern species, A. borellii and trifasciata, can tolerate cooler temperatures, in the case of borellii, they live at 16 - 18°C in Argentina. Tank sizes are over-specified. Many species, when kept in trios, will be fine in 60L tanks provided with lots of caves and good planting. The small acaras, L. curviceps and dorsigera, grow larger, live longer and require somewhat larger accommodation. What this compilation fails to address is that all dwarfs can be very aggressive because they are territorial, essentially when breeding, and they require very good water quality for good health. There are other and better sources of information on the Internet where people can find help. This type of 'informational' video rarely lives up to expectations. Click bait.

Cold Water starts from the freezing point and goes up to 15 Celcius maximum. Your list is a cool / unheated water plants, not "cold water" ones.
