My parents lived near Clare & Carl's back in the mid 50's. Dad was stationed at Plattsburgh AFB then, but only officers were allowed to live on base, so mom and dad lived in a trailer park that was either right next to Clare & Carl's or across the street from it. I guess they ate there a lot.
