Saw the East Corner Trio at TwickFolk in Twickenham on 15 October 2023 and they are well worth catching.
Lewes, Sussex - 5th November, e Cliff love louis shirley
Lovely to hear. By coincidence I was listening to my late husband practising this very tune on cassette yesterday. 17.07.23

Sick!
What songs are these called?
WOW ♥️
fantastic singing and great to hear that serpent
Great video, the best I've seen of this year's bonfire
how delightful - well done all. I was looking for The Detectorists too.
Well done. I know from trying with Mike and Doc what hard work it is.
Splendid! Many thanks to Trevor for having the idea, inviting people and doing the recording and editing.
Beautiful!
Hello, great video! I was wondering if you might be willing for me to show parts of your video in an exhibition about protest in Newhaven? It would be amazing to have some footage of the beach picnic if you would be willing (with credit to you of course!). If you are willing you can contact me via email on contact@summerdean.co.uk or of course you can reply to this comment. Thanks! Summer
Beautiful Sussex countryside Trevor and lovely to hear the Skylarks singing. Thanks for sharing. - Stewart.

original eastern Virginia English folk music
Nice playing. What’s the tune?
Just seen this Trevor, great rendition of a well-loved song.
Lovely stuff, Lisa! And Sue, of course.
Wonderful, ladies. Absolutely wonderful!
One of my favourites. Words by Charles Wesley 1750. Tune, known as LENOX, by Lewis Edson, 1782. (No 40 in the book of shape-note songs: The Sacred Harp.)
Lovely. The tune is "Lyngham" I believe, composed by Thomas Jarman (1715-81). Recognisable as the tune for the hymn: O for a thousand tongues to sing ...
All these All Day Singaround Barcombe videos ought to be listed under the actual songs, I didn't know they were here and I only found this by absolute accident! I've been listening to another version on You Tube and pining for this one!
Great stuff!
That song is Dave Earle s
Well done Dave, great song. Thanks Trevor.

Ah my favourite tune :D
Damned French can't be bothered to make it safe. We will fight them on the beaches.
...that's a pseudonym I don't recognise but the icon looks familiar :) No Merrie England this Christmas as there weren't enough of the team available :( That is the first missed Boxing Day for many years and Clive is not happy. Hope for some new blood next year though...
Just seen this, feel Sussex-by-the-Seasick. Good times.
Thanks for the recording.. I couldn't get into the venue (full).. so it was good to see at least a little bit...
Kate Rowe is awesome!!
The Lewes Arms dwyle flunkers appeared on a quiz show to be broadcast sometime in June - I was in the band. See Valmai's post on Facebook.
What's this about? Were you on the telly?
