I think that might be their ping and lag compensation I usually leave if I see insanely fluctuating ping from and enemy like 120 then 400 or something ive seen ppl i can tell theyre not only really far but also on wifi

it breaks the hitbox with the current tickrate of the servers combined with the send rate of the current netcode so it is just off...they hopefully will be able to split the packets more efficiently this next update so that the game will be more in sync, it also doesn't help the cleaners faction is wide and their damage radius is in the middle of their torso so their hitbox is misleading, aim assist locks onto their whole silhouette if I'm not mistaken

I would have NO PROBLEM if they just REMOVED snipers completely ppl would hate this take but I only use them for the camo challenge requirements, the other guns feel way more balanced and meant for the game design, these are not fun or fair for enemies when they work right, probably really annoying to be on the other side of snipers esp at this current point of the game where it's mostly more skilled players on

i totally agree, sniping in it's current state is insane, it has me lobby shopping especially while I have limited tokens going, the ttk makes the hitreg feel worse if they reduced the health by a small percent the game might actually feel more responsive ESP for reg guns and ppl might not have as much problems with snipers especially if they shoot first

@@dartlinfps Honestly this might sound wild to some but I think they should turn up aim assist a little bit, not a ton but as someone who has played thousands of hours of shooters this game feels awful on controller. Wish we had some big name UA-camrs to spread the word more, you earned a sub bro keep up the great content

@@dartlinfps ranked is cool and i understand the point of it, but if you listen to what marksman says about why they shouldn’t have jumped the gun on it so early, it makes so much sense. this game tried to be esport ready day 1 of release when it clearly wasn’t. minus the netcode issues, it still wasn’t ready for competitive. also, imagine how fun and broken some abilities would be if they didn’t have to worry about balancing them for ranked? the new grenade launcher wouldn’t be damn near useless. i didn’t agree with all of marksman’s takes (i like ability limit in bomb) but focusing on ranked and having that mode be the main selling point for your first season was a mistake. a lot less people care about ranked than they think, especially a ranked mode on a cod alternative

yeah the ranked was so rushed and full of issues along with many things in the game that needed WAY more attention, I think patty and pacman on the team being x cod pros made some really rash decisions that were moreso "gentlemens agreements" on top of the devs kinda feeding into some ppls complaints about various things and adding bandaids instead of fixes like the sniping and movement nerfs which were really just the netcode imo (ppl still spam jump 3 times with an smg and break aim assist or make their hitbox register bad for perfectly placed mnk shots) I think the game needed to be more quirky and entertaining for the everyday gamer so that the comp scene could be in more demand, they couldn't delay the game anymore but they needed to delay ranked even more imo

I need to use the rest of my tokens on them I got 6 left LOL my tac50 is lvl 250 now so I'm mostly downhill from here, I got easy guns to level at this point in terms of this camo grind lol (only 15 more easy guns to go LOL) at least I can just play for fun though the snipers are honestly not fun to use if you just want to level them now

I agree I think the game works good on the objective modes but on team deathmatch which is the best for leveling weapons it just feels random because your teammates could be at any particular area and you constantly have to look where they are not and watch the kill feed to manage the spawns

@dartlinfps yeah and I feel no connection to the community or other players either. At least on COD or battlefield etc it just feels like ppl are there to enjoy the game WITH the community. I don't feel that yet with this game.

somebody on my team actually stood in front of me earlier and started blocking my view while teabagging idk if they played vs me before and I sniped good that match or they knew this tiny channel and decided to troll me, they got me killed right off the bat and that match shortly after happened to have a 4 stack so I promptly left LOL, as a solo player I DIP with the quickness when I notice I am getting disciplined by a full squad in a discord or something

@dartlinfps What other games you play? Ever check out escape from tarkov? Probly my favorite but most frustrating fps. I hardly play it at all anymore but I think it ruined FPS games for me haha. Nothing can compare to the stress and reward for succeeding in that game. I havnt played cod for years but I might just DL it bc its more polished than x

mostly diablo 2 resurrected and last epoch aside from this lately, i have a whole diff channel @dartlingaming based off arpg games I have been focused on building this one up since xdefiant dropped and I got hooked on the good aspects of the game, I was playing some warzone cod and ground war and getting similar or more views on commentaries about that but I havent enjoyed mw3 ever since they stopped adding ground war maps, i grinded the mastery camos out during the first week or 2 of the game and kinda got bored aside from playing warzone with friends

I get crapped on a lot and rage quit out of matches while sniping lol these are just the unfortunate guys on the opposite side of my lucky matches, even in these I go like 35 and 12 or something so they kill me a decent amount

Lol yup I honestly think a ton of higher level players have everybody muted that's why they match make based off that on Call of Duty and warzone lol, I think the highest I ever got was like a 20 something streak, there's either a player that stops the streak or the enemy team starts playing really scared and I have to overextend myself to find players

@dartlinfps yeah it happens to me in clubhouse a lot. I'll get about to 18 kill streak, and nobody will enter the building. They either hide in long garage spawn or center of the lot, far back. Then i have to switch to an assault rifle. I guess it's better than having them quit. I'll be honest, tho this season has so many issues, it's trade city and fps Rollercoasters. I went from a 3850 to a 3300 player score, and the quality of players hasn't changed. Ranked is easier, tho, it weird. Just not getting the rush that I did season 1, except in ranked with a good 4-man team.

I went from 3900 to 2900 lol I went up in KD though prob bc I'm sniping more and trying to streak, the footstep diff is real and depending on the mode you play and the weapons you can lose a ton of score per minute, I have barely played occupy or dom this season I think TDM drops your SPM a good bit, I am around a 2kd but initially when I had a 3.9 player score I had a 1.5ish kd and just played hyper aggressive dropping lots of kills in obj modes

@dartlinfps I think mine went down because of ranked mostly, but definitely some because of the sound. I'm not sure why ranked and casual play have shared stats at all, lol. It's weird, tho, last season, I'd lose 1 in 3 games of ranked. This season, we have gone 16 games straight, all wins. We started 4 days late, so maybe all the sweats went past Ruby already, but it doesn't seem likely.

Lightweight barrel, quick draw grip, muzzle booster (not sure if it rly helps), the stock that gives aim walking speed, and the stock scope Prior to recent updates I did use the stock that gave less flinch but it doesn't really do anything now

snipers are kinda getting shafted rn tbh, the m44 is fast if you have good luck with it, it's a HITMARKER machine for me

I think so too, too many random things to call it "competitive" even though we are on the same playing field with the same options for cheesy stuff

yeah I can't play on a medium rig with low settings on kbam im literally playing on controller since s2 because the analog aiming gets higher framerate than the mouse digital input lol it feels like the game was just designed more for controller sadly

@@dartlinfps I play on low settings with a high end rig and it's unplayable after the update. I have an AMD graphics card and I'm thinking that's the issue. I just updated my drivers too. I bought the battle pass and can't even get through it...

I had to go to lowest myself and still frame drop all the way to 60 at times.

@@acidspaz4252 it's just really unoptimized, it's designed around whatever kinda gpu consoles use most likely or around newer nvidia cards, I think amd cpu is better than intel now tho, I think amd gpu should be close to top of the line nvidia cards I haven't looked too much into amd gpus

I agree, the abilities add a sense of randomness or free kills etc, cloak, firebomb, spiderbot, the turret they just added etc

Hitting shots doesnt mean competitive. Thats just skill. Its about mindset. This game has a more casual mindset with all the RNG chaos than it can be competitive. No one in any competitive comp wants RNG and outside forces to determine a match.

I agree, the more cheese, the less competitive, when somebody hits me with a flash I feel like I just got a spiked drink and got robbed unfairly, they couldn't even punch me from an angle I could see

you can change it to dark mode but it also makes your audio cut out as well LOL its super OP

yeah, it doesn't help you also have ppl who will try to talk down on others and act like it's not a thing or like some random commented "Competive shooters are not casual. Play something else" the game is full of cheese it's not very competitive except for the amount of effort ppl give

I feel you 100% and a lot of it is probably things beyond your control I'm 33 and work full time as well (remotely) but still it can be rough playing games just trying to chill, I loved Nate and the gaming definition they got me into keyboard and mouse and inspired me to buy a PC rather than keep playing console, sadly keyboard and mouse is at a MASSIVE disadvantage now when games are developed by controller players for the masses who r also on controller...look at both of those guys and how little they play fps now because it's not made to favor high skill, they bake cheesy mechanics into the game to add randomness and punish players that would regularly dominate... I had a match earlier vs a 5 stack I could tell was prob hs kids and I was on controller and went on like a 15 or 16 streak within 30 seconds and saw half the lobby leave (to be fair I leave matches when my hitreg etc feels off) keep playing the games you enjoy but get off when it's not helping your mood or lowering the quality of your day or just grind it mindlessly like I do (might lead to burnout) sadly most games are designed for players in a party to stomp out solo players because friends encourage other friends to buy skins etc (this is coming from an Ubisoft partner who gets the skins for free) play the game for fun and take a break if it is tilting you because it truly will ruin the love as it seems to have done to tgd and Nate Sorry for such a long response I hope it helps though, just know your mnk skills carry from game to game so you aren't wasting your time as long as you are enjoying yourself and taking something useful away from each session, some days will just be bad though and those negative feelings will come and go, just don't hold onto them, let them wash off like water off a ducks back

I think I'm going to max my tac 50 on mouse but it feels rly bad after sniper nerfs it's like you have to sit and wait for kills tbh unless u get a "bot lobby" I appreciated getting to filter and play only other mouse and keyboard but I prefer faster matchmaking now when most the time I'm playing with no headset and listening to youtube off my phone or something...I rage quit a lot when I get bad hitreg or die in a way I deem bs like somebody facing the other direction etc, I assume it's going to happen all match so I just find another which is part of why I mostly have been playing controller s2

@@dartlinfps yea and i’ve heard on mouse that if you get flinch on this game the sniper doesn’t go back down after the flinch is over, and it just stays in the air until you manually adjust it. that’s one thing ill give cod is that after the flinch is over the gun comes back down. and yea im the same way on this game now im either listening to music or talking w friends, so not only is controller easier for me to just play the game in the background (cuz ive been playing on controller since i was like 6) but u also simply just find games a lot quicker because most controller players don’t bother switching off ibmm

Following in your footsteps @kimmortensen6786, being only a couple of years away from 60, myself, I started on the Atari console, back in 1976, then onto Coleco Vision in "82, later in "84(2yrs after it's release) I began starting playing on the "C-64", which I soon gave away, because I couldn't get replacement parts for it, considering it was a gift from someone my father new...lol From there it was pretty much history on playing on JUST about every console system & PC imaginable, here and there over the years, but ending up sticking to PC gaming since '06 'till now. Mainly due to KB&M being more comfortable, for ME, to play on. I'm a big guy(6'4"@300+lbs) with big hands(3X), and playing on a controller, for too many hours, becomes VERY uncomfortable, sadly. Though, I still have my XBox 360 and PS4!...😄

I agree I think because majority of people fall into that category of just playing for fun or just playing to pass time they are going to tend to be way less into maximizing things (they probably don't use headphones, back paddle controllers, etc) I think there's a lot of people who don't even adjust their settings to make it easier to aim on controller just by fine tuning their sensitivity and ads sense

@@dartlinfps literally!!! And I like how xdefiants main point is "no sbmm so random matches with random people of all skill levels!" But from what I'm seeing it's straight up 1v6s every game. Like I never seen a game CONSISTENTLY to a T give me trash teammates like this? It's to the point I don't even think sbmm isn't even bad anymore cuz atleast EVERYONES a sweat and the match doesn't hinge apon whether I turn into Ryu Hayabusa and run through 6 players 3x in a row (on good hit reg) and if I can't? I get t-bagged and simply lose. Matchmaking sucks in this game....great game though.

matchmaking is what we used to call "carry based" if you are above average playing solo you have to leave matches and lobby shop, you even get worse connection than bad players because you get put into matches based off your SR and score per minute, etc... it is annoying while trying to grind camos and the game expects you to carry everybody with a sniper that aims at jesus when somebody sneezes cross map at u I've become so good at knowing when I see 3 ppl holding hands around every corner like warzone I leave, I see somebody kill me in a janky way I leave, I see my bullets not register right and then see 3 ppl on the board with 120+ ping I LEAVE lol call me what U want I value my time I work with artificial intelligence at my job and I am very good at pattern recognition, I know what a waste of time looks like and I don't entertain it

@@dartlinfps that's exactly what I used to do season one tbh because you get battlepass progression even when you leave. But now in season two, I don't get battle pass progression because I leave and it's disheartening because of how near intentionally bad the matchmaking is. And as the game is now? I absolutely love it and could play it for hours even with bad hit reg. I just want semi decent teammates who got off work and decided to actually attempt to win a few matches, not even pro FaZe sweat demons. I just hope they don't penalize you for leaving if the matchmaking doesnt get fixed or this games straight up gonna die for me. But yeah don't ever feel obligated to stay at what essentially is a Diddy after party, there's no shame in wanting to perserve your blood pressure levels in an unwinnable match. I encourage it! Too bad I leave 98% of my matches because of this lol. My win/loss ratio is literally 3.0 because of this 😂

I don't really think that it would be able to go full auto it would just Spam it max fire rate since it can't go to single fire, that said I definitely noticed it registration issues with that gun specifically while leveling it up, prob not worth it

It's just preference but I think because of the maps having more red colors in them it's easier to see

@@TheWaxGoat If i am not wrong a couple years ago i watched a video where the player used yellow on enemies because yellow is the first color the brain process but i don't know if that's 100% accurate

@@lorenzobau9977 I don't know about that, BUT yellow is made up of no other colour but yellow, so colorblind people can also see it as yellow. So that might be part of it. There are two color models, additive and subtractive, in subtractive or "printed color" pure yellow has no mixture. In additive, or TV screen colors, light mixes to make yellow, green and red I believe.
