@@Theultimatecuppy hey, im hitting my second week here and so far not terrible. i got put in the last single room of the building so i can't speak for roommate preferences since those didn't matter. (plus my roommates are another story lol). it's super close to campus, they throw fun little things every now and then. the cons are prob just the walls are super thin and the hallways/garages/other public spaces are not clean at all except for like the main lobbies. lots of ppl speed in the garage and on the streets. also my room and bathroom had lots of knicked furniture and it didn't seem like it was cleaned to the fullest before i moved in.

@@costellah oh okay thanks! So you said the walls are really thin tho and do people keep you up at night talking or yelling when you’re trying to sleep? That’s the only deal breaker for me. Thanks

@@Theultimatecuppy if someone takes a phone call in whatever room shares the wall with yours, you're gonna hear it. the hallways also echo and you'll hear the street pretty well even if your window is closed

@@costellah oh man does that happen almost every night? Do people and the street keep you up every night or are you still able to sleep through it?

Alight offers one bedroom apartments! All of their floor plans and pricing are on their website just Google Alight Fullerton! The leases here are 12 months I believe. As far as FA covering off-campus housing that just depends on the award package you receive.

Hi! If your award covers the cost of living on-Campus then yes you can use your financial aid to cover it. I no longer live on campus though I moved off-campus!

It was very expensive. For the same price I could live off-campus without the rules of living on-campus so I decided to make the switch!

@@aimesalazar classes will be half online and half in person in the fall! As far as pricing, Alight Fullerton was a couple hundred more dollars than on-campus housing!

Good luck! I’m a third year. Normally first year’s have to live in the dorms but I THINK this year because of covid they’re placing them in the apartments. I’m not 100% sure on this though so don’t quote me!

sorry i'm not her but i looked into housng for this school and each apartment has 2 bathrooms so in a single apartment it's usually 2 people per bathroom.

I’m just now seeing this reply, sorry!! Thank you! I was initially supposed to be in a double with a shared bathroom but was put into this one with a single because of Covid-19 everyone has to have their own bathroom and room!

i think the apartments are more expensive since its includes bathrooms and a full kitchen. but a meal plan is required so it would be even more cheaper to live in an apartment off campus.

I just saw this, sorry! This semester pricing was actually different because of COVID-19. Initially, I was supposed to be in the 4BR/double apartments but because we had to be socially distanced I was placed in the 4BR/single but still charged for the double price. I definitely agree if you want to live in an apartment it’s cheaper to live off-campus!
