Can't agree with this Theory mainly because a Gerudo states that no male Gerudo has been born in a very long time noting that Ganondorf was the last one, we also see that something like this is true because of the Ganon fight in BOTW, no new Ganondorf can be born if one is still alive and the one that was alive was sealed forever ago meaning OOT wouldn't have been able to happen if Ganondorf being sealed happens prior to any of the Zelda games.
