As a person who has very limited knowledge about accounting concepts, how would I create Opening Entry as a Proprietor for Service based model, without any investments to show? Like a trainer, where I don’t have any physical stock, neither do I have any particular investment criteria, except maybe for marketing my services. How would I go about creating Opening Entry in such scenario. I have many more questions but I will wait for your answers, or till you release new videos.

Hi Dinesh, Fantastic tutorial for basic beginners in ERPNext, who have no clue about setting up accounts. People at Frappe/ERPNext still haven't figured out that they need to make videos like this for beginners. I have a question though - Why did you change the CGST and SGST to 0%, and not change the IGST at all? is it because of the assumption that the example company doesn't have GSTIN, or isn't applicable for GST (annual turnover less than 40 lakhs)?
