Took my budgie to the vet, and his stool test came back perfect. He did have a swollen lower abdomen due to his loose droppings. But the vet gave me a anti and liver supplement and it's been working. His poops are back to normal, and his swollen area is going down slowly. But I do believe he has a fungal infection super super minor, but it's not traceable. Like your budgie. I've noticed him twitching his wings, he's been eating perfectly fine, and he does have nasal discharge usually in his left nostril. He did throw up a month ago, but that was it.

They know they can't be wild, in your home. They have to enjoy each other 😂
