very nice in hand.. i think a very stable bow should be pretty good at far range...ill spend more time with it see what its cast is i know its good to 35 yards... ill do some 40 45 yards shots see how it does 535 grain 540 grain total arrow weight. Its pretty fast bow it might hit paper spot on at 45 yards?? only 49# draw.. id be happy if it gets 40 yards it is my least draw weight bow but not my slowest. pretty darn nice... ill set out my 3 best mint vintage bows and compair it to the Charron Laredo.. it has a quality..probably my best bow

the new bow it has a fast flight string.. it seems a touch noisy for my liking to hunt with... so ill get a d97 soon for it... the bow is nice..not crazy about the string

it is ill set 3 out all strung up..my 1985 Kodiak and my 1958 palomino both are mint and the Charron Lerado.. those are my 3 best bows...the Charron is well made...i shot it at 40 yards its on paper 535 grain 540 grain arrow 49# draw.. very nice bow,, and strung up even though its a 62amo its the same length as my 60 amo bear kodiak

the little bear cub i seen... he came up to my cooker i left out over night few years back.. beautiful little cub 5 yards i think his eyes and mine where big as half dollars.. ha then he hauled ran away.. a bear is like wow look at that

no cub... pretty nice black bear. 300# guess ive only seen 2 in my life but i plan to hunt for bear and now where to go for a tag... i had a bear tag but not in that unit... im figuring out what units to try for depending on bear mule deer game... i could of flung a arrow at the bear but i was like WOW a black bear coollll ha

oh the other bear i did see was a black bear cub little fat one..ha

the whitetails you see are from kansas but i was the best in my area,, ,,not very many take 200s or boon and crocket bucks in that area...harper county and kingman county close to rago ks is where i whitetail hunted... im live in southern colorado now,,,mule deer time

norm common 140 to 160 inch a guy can expect.. over that they get few

i think ive taken 20 or so 140 to 160 but only 5bucks 170 pluss

and only 1 boon and crocket book buck bit my biggest deer totaled into the 200s

it was a damn good long range bow... i sold it.. i have the mid 80s kodiak same heavy draw weight 70# as the damon howatt mamba was but it is not as accurate at long range as the howatt was

@@curtissheffield4485 im looking forward to the new bow Charron archery... i bet it is real stable being 62amo and then it should pop around 48 to 52# at my draw ill have to scale it... what ever it does my arrow weight will be where i can spot on at 40 yards... i know where a big Mule buck is...im going to get a couple spy cameras see if i can picture him... next year deer but i want to get his sheds if possible..then i can get a dec whitetail tag on the river,,just to see if a whitetail is around

No, im going to try to take him this year...ill set up a camera this year here in a week....ill try to find his sheds if he sticks around to march or april... im scout hunting for a future buck to take. im learning properties..looking for bucks like him of that quality!!.. i found a sweet run way,,trail,, good buck sign ill set up a camera there id bet he uses that trail.... my mule deer tag is east of me for the flat land units 112 113 114 115 120 121... i drew it in a secondary draw...i went for there just to have a tag so i could mule deer hunt... my primary draw WHERE I WANTED i didnt draw a tag but i got a point... ill try for areas again next year if i have big bucks located ill apply for in those units... IVE ONLY BEEN HUNTING HERE A COUPLE SEASONS SO IM STILL FIGURING THINGS OUT! i can also buy a whitetail tag over the counter dec whitetail....for right here where i live.... IM A VERY PATIENT KINA HUNTER I DONT NEED TO KILL TO BE SUCCESFUL I CONSIDER SUCCES LOCAITING A GIANT...now ill have fun watching him and with hopes of next year trying to take him! but this year i let him go...🙂

dang that bow is a nice bow pretty fast for the poundage.... but i tend to favor my old fred bear bows

always nice to see deer... when i go out east... i may just take a deer you never know i passed up 1 a buck at 25 yards ....just wasnt what i was looking for.. i enjoy being out there hunting killing is secondary if dont need eats

i shot it 50 times yesterday moving the nock trying to get it to hit where i looking with decent arrow flight/// my last 3 shots 10 20 30 in there i hit paper all 3 and put it up.. not the fastest at 52# but kinda nice to shoot with a b55 no hand shock least not much,,, i really like the minuteman nice bow ..... do you know if that a add on grip?? its real nice in hand

i looked at a minuteman today and a 76er.. no grip must be a add on...

i noticed a grip for a 76er or a minuteman for 49 bucks and 4 ship... i did okay..🙂

@ Yes and they can be pretty pricey. But I will say it still feels good even without a grip.

@@unknown-archer yes they are add on grips. There are three different styles and number one and number two and a number three the three is a real high wrested pistol grip. And they are interchangeable from the Minuteman to the 76ers a lot of times they just put them on with a double sided sticky tape. I just put mine over the grip and have not had any trouble with it falling off that way I can use it on multiple bows. Yes I get no hand shock out of mine and they are definitely a lot of fun to shoot for sure.

i shot it about 50 times yesterday working on getting it hitting where im looking.. with decent arrow flight. i moved my nock around 4 or 5 times but think i have it pretty close.. i hit 10 20 and 30 yards my last 3 shots and put it up yesterday. its a nicer bow then i figured it to be pretty cool bow🙂

@@anthonyforfare7223 i really like it. I hit the plate 3 out of 4 first shots at 15.... It was shooting low but hitting the plate so i raised up missed the 3rd but went back low again on the 4th... I need to get it lined out...i shot it about 50 times moved my nock around... I have it hitting Better...i may do a shoot later today

@@anthonyforfare7223 its s nice bow very quiet no hand shock even b55 string... I'm getting 52 # at my draw i scaled it right on 45,38 at 28ich.... Not the fastest bow but a real nice bow takedown.... Pretty 😎
