what was the font you used on the word back to school?

Canva changed their site since this video and they removed the shadow feature. I can't find it anywhere. I have the new look. I used to roll back to the old interface until Canva took the option to roll back. Is there a way to do this with the new look?

When I search Gradient under Elements it doesn't show choices as yours. And it doesn't show two colors for changing the palette.
