I do like Doctor Fuhrman. The host is annoying. I doubt he could repeat Joel Fuhrman comments he wowed on.
I think it's a great idea to take a recipe from any book that shows you new and healthier ways to eat. I'm going to make those onoion rings, they sound and look delicious. Personally, I like cooks who cook rather than talk. To give you a perfect example of what I mean, watch any recipe by Jacques Pepin. He speaks just as much as is necessary for the viewer to understand what he's doing, not a word more. He does while he's talking, hardly ever stops doing what he's doing. Nobody starts perfect, we all learn on the go. Cheers!!
Cooking healthy but on a non stick pan?
“Eating plant-based” can include meat. Since I don’t eat meat, I was taught to say “eating plants...”

That's oat flour, not bread flour. 🙂
These foods are highly accessible. If you have a cellphone, you have access to these foods. If you choose a drive through or other packaged foods then that is a choice. Dry black beans, onions…in practically every grocery store.

I just watched this video and purchased his books…one with 131 recipes, the other with 200 recipes and am very disappointed that the recipe in this video nor the sauce recipe roe the sauce is in these 2 books. Please provide the recipe. I’m also VERY VERY disappointed that there’s a chicken breast recipe in one of the books!!!! Thinking about asking for a refund for the books. Please respond. This is the first time I’ve watched your video.

Made the nice cream and it was amazing. My husband doesn’t like any vegan recipe and hates fruits and veg (even though he’s vegan lol) and he really liked it. The texture is more Wendy’s frosty than ice cream but we loved it. I was not sure the measurement for the walnuts so I did half a cup and I didn’t have vanilla powder so I used 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Will def try the veggies soon

Good Information, but always too bad that it has to always be "scammy', trying to 'Sell' something always, very tacky and scammy, information is correct, but why always the selling point? Too bad this has to get in the way of good medical information
