HOW I AND LIORAH MADE OUR BANANA BREAD 🍌🍞
Recipe:
• 3 ripe very ripe bananas.
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
• 1/2 cup oil or you can use melted butter.
• 1/2 cup white sugar.
• 1/2 cup buttermilk.
• 2 medium sized eggs.
• 1/2 cup of raisin.
• 1/2 cup of coconut flakes.
• 1 cup all purpose flour.
• 1 teaspoon baking soda.
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
• 1/2 teaspoon salt.
• Increase baking time to 45 minutes to 50 minutes if
• To make buttermilk, mix 1/2 cup of milk with 1 and 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar. Allow to sit for 10minutes, milk will curdle. Mix and use.
