I've also been eating Zyprexa for a year now perhaps, Olanzapin really but the same thing right? I was off of it for three weeks this year's early summer, and I slept only 4-5 hours a night. I was mentally a powerhouse, read a lot of stuff and studied a lot, and got good stuff done. Dpctor forces me to take the damn Olanzapin. My gut is also messed up, slime comes with poop, and poop is still too stiff and doesn't want to come out much. Other poop of mine is too loose and crawls out slowly when it comes. And the thing is, I DONT NEED ANTIPSYCHOTICS ANYMORE. I got other forms of treatment that worked for me for my psychosis, but despite telling doctor all this, she told me "you need to take medicine for the rest of your life". Why doesn't she just cut my balls off while at it... scum, she is, forgetting her hippocratic oath just like that.

My 15 year old son was recently diagnosed with APL a rare leukemia and his stupid doctors and nurses didn't want to give him pain medicine after surgery because it can be addictive but they prescribe him this shit just to increase his appetite. Me being the logical minded mom picked up the prescription but never gave my son the medicine. When the doctors asked I told them that I refused to give it to him because the withdrawal is terrible. Needless to say his doctor's don't like having these conversations with me because I don't accept their bullshit and I debate them about the dumb shit they say. Watching this video just reassured me that I did the right thing. Damn doctors don't know shit. Sorry for the language but I'm still angry about it.

I had to take Zyprexa and it ruined my life. None the less I try my hardest to keep going and not think about ending it all because of how I missed out on the person I could have become Also something that makes it a lot harder not to commit suicide is that My sister in med school calls it my retard drug and calls me a retarded person who goes to crazy places (mental institutions) for “crazy people”. She often tells me she will tell my “retard doctor” (doctor for retards) that she will tell them to “up my dose” so that I will suffer more (she knows I hate the pain of the side effects) Sorry for the triggering words these are her choice of words not mine I’m just quoting her extremely immature derogatory words But moral of the story is if ur family is going through something like this try and be as supportive as possible and try and still have fun and laugh with them, don’t treat them like they are zombies even if they have no energy and don’t show emotions deep down they still feel happiness when you show them love and care

Im so thankful to hear all of you guys story. I was on 20mg for 1 week and then 10mg next couple daysxand stopped. I was fine for week and then massive withdraw restlessness, anxiety, and stomach problems. Its been 4 months and i feel better but the stomach issues still bother me. Pain and constipation at times. I will take some probiotics.

I want you to know that I began my journey of discovery long ago about Big Pharma a psychiatric medications, after fourteen years of being overprescribed I mean really over prescribed. The highest dose of Seroquel is 800 mg. I was right off the bat put on 1,000 mgs. Finally one responsible provider I saw, told me, "You know you could go into cardiac arrest at any moment at that dose? She spoke out here locally about second generation antipsychotics. The Medical Board in here in Colorado with the #1 Suicide Rate in the Nation and #4 in mass shootings. They seem to be very proud of this statistic here. Well they disciplined her and suspended her license to practice medicine about four years ago and she has gone broke trying to fight this. Recently I was put on two separate involuntary holds for no other reason that it came out that I had actually for the last two years ceased taking all psychiatric medications and this is not illegal, I have the right to informed consent, after being in a coma for nine days due to a lithium toxicity where not one single provider in the local mental health clinic every told me you had to have levels checked nor did any provider in that cesspool ever sent an order in to any lab at any local medical hospital for my blood to be drawn for this. You should go to Dr. Jason Fung, M.D.' s video called "How your doctor got bought, Medical Corruption" he is basically the man who is nephrologist who got tired of seeing diabetic patients in end stage kidney failure and so stopped practicing and went into research. He invented REAL KETOGENIC WAYS OF EATING AND INTERMITTENT FASTING. He had helped 10's of thousand of people to no longer be diabetic. My blood sugars and A1C were to the point of having something amputated soon I weighed nearly 300 lbs, I wouldn't eat at all for a couple of days and it was inexplicable why my sugars were up in the 300-500 hundreds even on Metformin, Insuling an other drugs for diabetes. I had to do research to figure out why and it is exactly for the reason you are talking about. My PCP would scream at me for not controlling diet without even thinking about the psych meds, and the providers of the psych meds don't give a crap about any other health concerns you are going to be on psych meds and that is THE MOST IMPORTANT THING EVER. Recently in 2021 one provider at the psych clinic went to Medicaid and was a whistleblower, this place was basically speedballing people putting them on ADHD stimulants like Adderall but then also prescribing 80 mg a day of Xanax. Medicaid did a small sampling of patient files and they were so irresponsible with prescribing that it indicated out of 58 files, they were prescribing fatal doses of over half of the patients sampled. Medicaid sent them a letter telling them they were immediately ceasing any payments after the Feds and the State investigating them more fully, two people's deaths were directly linked to this places doors and over 10 senior citizen's deaths were suspected to be caused by this place, but couldn't show a direct link due to the mulitple other prescriptions they were taking. Polypharmacy Abuse by their doctors basically. This place is called Mindsprings Healthcare, Inc. in Grand Junction, CO. They also conveniently had the "State of the Art Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital between Denver and Salt Lake" called Westsprings Hospital located on the same property. Mindsprings is outpatient and Westsprings is where they have a history of escalating voluntary inpatient stays to a legal involuntary hold, tying you down to a jail chair and forcibly injecting you with a cocktail of Haldol, Xanax, Benadry and ZYPREXA. Then while you are basically unconscious, they come in and bring you paper work and tell you that if you don't sign them you are not "cooperating" or in "compliance" and they cannot let you leave unless you sign them. You just know you want to get out of the place so you sign these legal documents without being able to make any competent and intelligent decsion, agreeing that you have a substance abuse disorder, Bi-Polar or Schizophrenic and you are in fact gravely disabled. Or in imminent danger to yourself. So this is what they used with me on April 8, 2024 as well again on May 15, 2024. In the May episode they attempted to put me on a M-8 hold. 90 days they claimed I was in a meth induced schizophrenic state and that I believed I was commuicating with alients, the Federal Government was tracking me and that I had almost been arrested by IRS agents. This is long I know but its important. I hope people will google these places. Type "Mindsprings Healthcare Audit results" or Mindsprings Healthcare in the news...scroll down to the older articles the independent press got wing of the whistleblower and they broke the story about it the two state agencies supposedly in charge of watching these people, knew what they were doing for a year and ignored it. The heads of these agencies CDPHE "Colorado Department of Health Policy and Environment, and HCPF in charge of investigating hospitals were exchanging emails about how much they should say because they didn't know exactly what the independent press knew. They fraudulent gave this place 45 million dollars and not one provider was criminally charged they were allowed to leave with their licenses intact, resign or retire. Interestingly, the exact cost of this new State of the Art Hospital was 45 million dollars, but they told the community they were getting the funding through private foundations and grant money. I call it a "Murder for Hire" where the state gave them 45 million dollars to cause the deaths of two people and attempted murders of people like me who survived a coma. The audit has disappeared now and has been replaced with "Three State Agencies in Collaboration found some tiny little errors at this place and so they would restructure the Executive Board be more transparent and pay employees more money. Transparent in Colorado means, "We hired better liars than the last people". Medicaid however when I was able to file my complaints about these holds and their failure to notify the court of these legal holds where I would have been able to ask the court to appoint an attorney to me and make them prove the allegations of suicide/homicide or Imminent Danger and if it wasnt true they had to let me go. 90 days I wasn't there for that time and when they asked me what the aliens and I were talking about I started laughing my ass off. I said is that what you people have me here for? You are all absolute morons. If while I was so doped up by you people and I spoke about the recent testimony before Congress by this Military Officers with high security clearances stating "They were communicating with aliens" they even all are in a documentary called Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind. I said, that is on Congress.gov you F**ktards! Ive been moved up to 20 mg before bed and 10mg every 6 hours as needed after i wake up. They did that after going to the hospital this last time. I hate antipsychotics they are literally killing me, but i am worse off when not taking my meds, my kids are scared of me when i dont make sense due to my schizophrenia

I found with Olanzapine that if I tried to cut down on my eating, then I would be exhausted, so I put on weight. It is a heavy duty drug for heavy duty problems. If someone has schizophrenia then there can be serious outcomes, so they need something to reduce psychosis and there aren’t any good options. For bipolar 2, the anticonvulsants work well and have a much better side effect profile.

I have a couple questions and I hope they get answered. When I used to smoke weed, and i used to smoke tons of weed, I had such a high tolerance for it before I was hospitalized. After I was put on 10 milligrams of xyprexa at night, 300 milligrams of gabapentin 3 times a day and depakote, and was in the hospital for three weeks, after I come home, weed would just simply make me really paranoid and I would have paranoid thoughts of people coming out to get me, that I was being punished, that God was angry with me etc. Then I don't take it for a long time, get insomnia during 2020, then I personally take the gabapentin and xyprexa only at night to fall asleep. I cannot fall asleep without my medication. Then in early 2021, I start having a car phobia. As of now the phobia is getting better, but I cannot go on highways, and I have to take backroads. I still take my medication. Is there any way I could reverse the side effects of these drugs, so weed doesn't make me paranoid anymore or is this permanent? Is there any way this medication can cause high blood pressure and increase my bad cholesterol levels? How come my psychiatrist said that xyprexa doesn't directly cause diabetes? He literally said the same thing your psychiatrist said. And he has been about my third psychiatrist. Is there any way these drugs may have caused these problems that I am having and are there any stories with people who have similar stories as me? I want and I need to know this, and I can't find anyone that can help me because they all tell me I need to take my medication. Any help will be thoroughly appreciated. Thank you.

I was on olanzapine (zyprexa) for 7 months for schizoaffective disorder and when I was weened off I had withdrawals for 9 weeks. I have never had suicidal ideation but when I stopped taking this medication I wanted to die. I would wake up everyday at 4 am throwing up my stomach bile feeling anxious, paranoid, depressed and as mentioned earlier, suicidal. Olanzapine made my life a living hell for a while.

When it's working that fast it means it's absolutely working too fast, it's forcing, it's safer to take a benzodiazepine to take this crap to be honest and I really think that big Pharma and the FDA are both together on this crap.
