what i do to help myself to draw humans i break down the body in 2/3 different shapes, but not just any/random shapes (that's the hard part as people draw it in many different ways BUT always the same rough shapes) that's where studying comes in. I suggest taking refs of real people half naked (sounds weird but the human body gets lost under clothes, especially when your new to body anatomy .) and tracing over it to find the simple shapes you see. (I can make a video if needed) I DO NOT SUGGET TRYING TO DO PERSPECTIVE FIRST! (the body bending, being shorten, up above, that's too hard for beginners.) like the base you used, though it might not be "perspective" i wouldn't have suggested you draw it (still looks good!) as i can see you struggled how the body connects in that angle which isn't bad it just shows you need to learn how to break it down first. 💕 :') that's why you always see me draw basic shapes then the person.

Hi! Im someone who draws people and had a hard time initially So. The best practice is to grab the reference you took, and begin marking the shaped of the body. The body is very simple if you break it down into boxes, then blobs, and as you go, you refine more. Learn a bit of perspective, as humans are subject to it since they are made of 3d forms. I always suffered from stiff posing, still do, but consistently practicing with these references and understanding the way the body is structured will help you get to more and more complex images you can create. Second, the timelaps replay is probably the length of the video. I use clipstudio paint which has a timer feature that says how long someone has been working on a piece (which is inaccurate for me because I leave my files open 😅). I would say keep a separate timer if you can, i'm not sure how it works for procreate or other apps.
