One problem amateur realtors have with these videos is that they don't understand how camerawork must be done. In this video, the camera is swingly around quickly and the viewer becomes disoriented and even nauseous. The camerwork needs to be steady and SLOW. I had to turn it off half-way through.

I like this house. Perfect house for me. The stairs are minimal which is good. The outside area is perfect. I don't need more than two bedrooms. The outbuilding is cute. You could possibly use it to make some revenue. Nice listing.

A lot of space in what looks like a very small house - amazing ! A bit cluttered but with a different homemaker could be gorgoeus - most of us would find all that 'stuff' a bit overwhelming ! Some great walllpaper in there & the garden is a nice size. a very sweet property !

Why do you post 'SOLD' houses, what is the point?

A huge difference between realtors, and buyers, in the UK versus the US is where u enter the house. Here in the US, we would * never * enter through the kitchen unless we were forced to in some way. The kitchen is where meals are cooked and may he considered, by those with Italian heritage, to he the heart of the home, but it is the living area we want to see first. The living room or the family room, whichever is prettier and- or reflects the feeling of the home best. We live in those rooms, the living room or family room. Not the kitchen. Very, very different sensibilities reflected in this difference between the two countries. If a realtors introduced a house to me by entering through the kitchen I would immediately wonder, "What is wrong with this house?! What is s/he (the realqtor) hiding?"

In the USA we call that a shotgun hallway, a very old expression, meaning you can stand at the front door and fire a shotgun that goes straight out the back door. Houses build in the late 1700s through 1900 usually had a hallway like this.

Who on earth spends their whole week mowing all those lawns ? The house is warm & welcoming, altho very quirky! A good idea to use some of that space for storage of caravans - that must be a nice income. A lot of potential for keeping animals or growing something special here...hope it was sold to a new happy farmer !

This to me is the perfectly human-sized family home. No need to go bigger than this. Adequate.

garden is amazing, but Im disappointed in the kitchen, I have a galley kitchen already and theyre very challenging to get around when there are more than 2 people in them. Lovely house though.
