Commentary where the creators get into a fight about whether Clay is aware of his feelings or not
Переглядів 5207 днів тому
2 minutes and 30 seconds of the creators of Moral Orel arguing about Clay and Danielle. At some point it sounds like a fight broke out.

Weird question: Wasn't there a 4th person???
We do have four people on this channel, we’ve just gone through some changes since we started out! Our friend who featured on our first video was unable to continue due to lack of time and scheduling conflicts, so for awhile it was just Lauren, Wes, and Sena, then starting on the Clay video we were joined by Glam! Glam was unable to participate in this video due to some scheduling issues but she will be back for the next one!
Hi! That's me! The channel put it best below but I wanted to mention I do plan on commenting on the video with some thoughts of my own which we will pin! So keep an eye out!

ITS A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE!!!!!
If censordoll's mother had censordoll's reproductive organs removed for some sort of religious reason, like sexual purity, then why would that belief extend only to her daughter and not herself? Any reason one were to come up with (she was already sexually tainted so might as well have a baby and force these beliefs onto it/she only came to believe these things once she got pregnant with or gave birth to censordoll/fuck them kids) is very speculative, especially since we don't know censordoll's mother and can't tell if these motives are in character or not. However operations on intersex babies sexual organs is very common among people regardless of religion in america and, as is mentioned in the video, happens all the time behind the parents back and without their consent, but many parents do agree to such operations when presented with the "problem" they'd "fix". Plus censordoll has a masculine voice, which implies she went through a male puberty. Its possible she struggled with gendery feelings once she reached puberty, went to her mother for guidance, was told about the operation, and embraced her female identity. Under this interpretation its possible that censordoll's distasteful beliefs stemmed from her feeling lesser than other women for lacking the reproductive parts she was owed, but she refused to entertain those feelings and decided that Actually she's better than all those whores cause she.. cant be a whore 😎. Either way her lack of reproductive organs probably inspired her mommy complex since she couldn't have kids of her own.
FINALLY someone mentioned the Wonder Breaf dress
This should be behind a paywall.
All our videos are available a day early for channel members, including this one!
Hard agree with holy visage. Its a good episode but i can't fucking stand gross out humor
Someone's introduction to Moral Orel was Closeface? That must have been seriously jarring since Closeface is, by far, the closest this show gets to being child friendly and then everything else is really cynical and messed up.
❤❤❤ I haven't seen the full video and i already love it
moralton university is the only channel that i watch as soon as i see there is a new video
I really like the rant in Sacrifice that starts when Potterswheel walks in and I like the beginning and end with Orel, Putty, Bloberta and Shapey. BUT I'm not as interested in the portion in between where Clay is just hating on everyone. There is still content there to get into his psyche like how he hates the responsibility and monotony of adulthood, etc but none of that is really revolutionary or interesting. It's that final rant that gives us a lot of new and interesting info. I would say the best one for me is Help, every moment is filled with character insight. I like the trilogy of Passing, Sacrifice and Nesting more than Nesting or Sacrifice individually. I relate less to Alone but I would say that from a more objective standpoint is the best made episode.
PRAISE BE! Our Moralton University Angels have delivered more of God's wisdom! I'm so glad I don't have to feel guilty for loving some of these episodes anymore since they are ALSO God's favorites!

51:32 it reminds me of the words of someone “Sex isn’t everything in a marriage but when the marriage is shit, sex is all of it.”
I love this channel with my whole heart and soul man, it really feeds the autism
Episode
I will listen to every episode of this podcast without watching the show. But for real this is incredible work
I want you to understand I came here last weekend and this sent me on a whole binge of the series. Now, I'm back to watch.
I feel so bad for Millie because she doesn't deserve to suffer by a man not only ugly in the inside but on the outside too
I think the big reason people take the nuance out of this show/sensationalize it by seeing characters like Clay, Bloberta and and Reverend as inherently Bad and/or evil is because they don't realize that the adults of Moralton are just as oblivious and misguided as Orel is. Orel is given sort of a pass for the things he does because people think he's just innocent and misguided, but they blame the people who harm him, even though Orel also does terrible things for very similar reasons that people in his community are as toxic as they are. Orel's crimes and Moralton's toxicity are all symptoms of the same cause: prejudice, miseducation, hypocrisy, rape/purity culture, and the general harmful ideals of christian fundamentalism. I'm so glad this channel understands that--like the show is so deep and nuanced, it deserves to be analyzed as deeply as it was written.
